Apple Caramel Dip

  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. whipping cream
  • Dash of salt


  1. Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a full boil —around 5 or 6 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool, then pour it into a jar. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
